Ricardo Proença

Ricardo Proença possesses extensive experience in the fields of architecture and administration. Currently working as an Analista de Arquitetura and previously serving as an Assistente de Controladoria at Emais Urbanismo since May 2014, responsibilities include the distribution of results to partners, monthly presentations of management reports, managerial reconciliation, and control of internal management accounts. Prior experience includes a role as Supervisor Administrativo at Imobiliária Ideal LTDA from November 2008 to November 2013, where duties comprised managing a branch, overseeing client contracts, financial department supervision, and employee training. Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Paulista, completed in 2020.
