Barrett Le is a seasoned professional in UX design and product experience, currently serving as the Founder and Head of UX Design at Bear Plus, an award-winning digital agency co-founded in 2015. In addition to this role, Barrett co-founded Emakase in April 2022, focusing on empowering startups through fundraising and business management consulting. With previous experience as a UX Lead at Codesphere and as Digital Experience Lead at City Pass Guide, Barrett has developed expertise in user persona creation, journey mapping, and optimizing digital experiences. Earlier career roles included serving as a Creative Executive at Young & Rubicam. Barrett holds a Bachelor of Marketing from RMIT University and a Bachelor in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
