Dilip Kumar Jha

Dilip Kumar Jha has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Dilip Kumar started their career at Dabur India Limited in 1993 as a Trainee Chemist and gradually advanced through various roles, including Junior Chemist, Chemist, Senior Chemist, and finally becoming a Production Officer. In 2006, they joined J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Production Manager, then served as an Assistant Works Manager before becoming a Works Manager. Dilip joined Emami Ltd in 2013 as Factory Head-DGM and has since held positions as General Manager - Operations, Senior General Manager - Operations, and currently, as Associate Vice President - Operations. In addition, they are also a Member of the Managing Council at Zandu Foundation for Health Care since 2023. Dilip Kumar Jha's career has showcased their expertise and growth in operations and management roles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Dilip Kumar Jha has an extensive education history. Dilip Kumar completed their M.Sc in Chemistry from Lalit Narayan Mithila University in Darbhanga from 1989 to 1991. In 1995 to 1996, they pursued a PGDOM degree in Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. In 2012, they received certifications in Basics of Supply Chain Management and Master Planning of Resources from APICS Northern Colorado. More recently, in 2020, they completed the Executive General Management Programme (3TP: Senior Leaders' Programme) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Executive Management Programme (3TP: Senior Leaders Programme) from IIMA and Basics of Supply Chain Management from APICS in 2020 and 2013 respectively.
