Durlabh Saikia

Durlabh Saikia has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Plant HR Head at Emami Ltd since June 2017. Prior roles include AGM-HR at D S Group from June 2014 to June 2017, Senior Manager - HR & Admin (Regional Head HR) at Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd from October 2010 to June 2014, and Regional HR Manager at Star Cement from May 2009 to August 2010. Durlabh also held the position of Senior Manager HR & Admin at DS Group between October 2006 and May 2009, and Assistant Manager - HR & Operations at Goodricke Group Ltd from April 1992 to October 2005. Durlabh Saikia holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, earned between 1989 and 1991.
