Nalin Sood

Nalin Sood is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Business Head at Emami Ltd since December 2021. In this role, Nalin manages a team of over 50 individuals and oversees a diverse partner network, driving digital innovation and omni-channel commercialization efforts. Prior to this, Nalin co-founded Teamonk and served as CEO, significantly scaling the specialty tea business and raising over $3 million in funding. Nalin's previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer for S C Johnson in South Asia, where management of a substantial marketing portfolio was key, and various leadership positions at Reckitt Benckiser, contributing to global marketing strategies. Nalin’s professional journey began at Tata Engineering and Tata Motors after completing a BTech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
