Shireen Issa

Shireen Issa has held various roles in the monitoring and evaluation field since 2006. Shireen began their career as the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation at Aga Khan Development Network, Pakistan. In 2009, they moved to Aga Khan Foundation, Geneva where they held the role of Monitoring and Evaluation - Rural Development. In 2014, they took on the role of Consultant - Monitoring and Evaluation. In 2018, they moved to Seefar Enterprise as the Head of Monitoring & Evaluation. Currently, they are the COO at Emani.

Shireen Issa obtained a Master's Degree in Social Work/Social Administration with a focus in Evaluation from Columbia University between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, they earned a BA and BS in Business Administration and Management, General and English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley between 1992 and 1996.
