- Fully understand follow EP drafting standards.
- Responsible for consistent sheet and background set-up.
- Establish a high level of efficiency for all drafting tasks.
- Complete construction documents with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
- Set a standard for effective communication with staff and with other design professionals.

- Assist owner in making informed lighting and systems decisions at start of projects.
- Responsible for full lighting design and documentation on projects.
- Develop accurate, code-compliant, coordinated, and efficient designs.
- Offer responsive construction administration services.
- Expertise in full power and systems design and documentation on projects.
- Perform facility assessments.

- Mentor younger staff to help them develop on projects.
- Perform quality assurance checks.
