Senior Electrical Engineer

A Senior Engineer is capable of leading/driving design decisions, overseeing project staff, and is capable of being the main point of contact for a project.

Responsible for high quality, efficient lighting, power, and systems design, documentation, and construction administration for projects.

Utilize the following software to complete tasks accurately and on time:  Outlook, Excel, BlueBeam, AutoCad, Revit, Word, COMcheck, AGI 32, SKM Power Tools, and LiquidPlanner (Project Management Software).

Responsibilities Include:

1. Mentor younger staff to help them develop on projects.
2. Communicate effectively with staff and other design professionals.
3. Assist and lead owner in making informed lighting and systems decisions.
4. Set a standard of responsive construction administration services.
5. Meet project deadlines - this may require overtime hours.
6. Utilize company software to complete tasks and manage staff accurately, effective, and on time.
7. Perform project quality assurance checks.
8. Manage multiple priorities, both internal and external.
9. Develop accurate, code-compliant, coordinated, and efficient designs.
10. Perform facility assessments and site verifications.
11. Positive contribution to EP.
