Amin Vahdat

Amin Vahdat is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Emarat since January 2021, Amin previously held positions such as Director at Motive Power, Inc. and Co-Founder at Texas Structural Engineers. With a strong foundation in consulting, Amin worked at IBM as a Managing Consultant and at WorleyParsons as a Lead Project Engineer. In addition to significant project management experience, Amin contributed to the Construction Industry Institute as Vice Chair and gained valuable expertise as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University. Amin Vahdat holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Project Engineering and Management from Texas A&M University, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology.
