Kostas Karagkounis

Kostas Karagkounis has extensive experience in deliverability management and IT, currently serving as the Deliverability Operations Lead at Emarsys since April 2016, where responsibilities include global support, regulatory compliance, and enhancing email deliverability practices. Kostas also holds membership positions in the DMA Email Council Research Hub and the Legal and Deliverability Hub since January 2021. Prior to Emarsys, Kostas managed IT infrastructure and telecommunications as IT Manager at LMZ Shipping S.A. from October 2002 to October 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification from TUV Nord.
