Laszlo Hirling

Laszlo Hirling has over 20 years of experience in information security and IT consulting. Laszlo started their career in 1999 as an IT security consultant at Insurance Technology Ltd., where they conducted security audits, penetration testing, and risk management. In 2005, they joined Stratis as a senior consultant, working on various IT projects including system specification, development, and testing. Laszlo became the Head of Development in the same company in 2013. In 2014, Hirling joined Emarsys as the Head of Information Security, responsible for ensuring the security of the company's data and systems. Laszlo later became the VP of Information Security. Prior to that, in 2013, they briefly worked as the CTI EMEA Risk Manager at Citi, where they monitored and remediated risks in the webhosting and UNIX areas across the EMEA region.

Laszlo Hirling obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Infocommunication management from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where they also completed a Management diploma in the same field. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Security systems from Kandó Kálmán College of Technology. Laszlo Hirling has also obtained various certifications in areas such as cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and DevOps.
