Andrew Nassir

Andrew Nassir has been in the field of education since 1969. Andrew began their career as President of Information & Communications, Inc. In 1991, they moved to ACT (American College Testing) as Asst. Vice President - Executive Director. In 1996, they became Executive Director of Education Systems Exchange and President & Executive Director of Education Systems,Inc. EMAS Pro.

Andrew Nassir attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1959 to 1963, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering Science. Andrew then attended the University of Michigan from 1963 to 1964, where they earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (MSEE). Andrew was a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) candidate at the University of Southern California from 1964 to 1969, studying Systems Engineering optimal control.
