Brad Yoon has a diverse background in marketing and public relations. Brad started their career as a Marketing Trainee at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, where they gained experience in ATL and BTL advertising and marketing. Brad then joined TEDxPetalingStreet as a Public Relations Officer, where they developed media relations and helped organize the first-ever press conference. Brad then moved on to Emax Beauté International Sdn Bhd, where they initially worked as a PR & Marketing Executive before being promoted to Senior PR & Marketing Executive. In their role at Emax, Brad managed a team and oversaw both paid and non-paid advertising for multiple brands. Brad also played a key role in expanding the company's market share in Malay segments, achieving a 600% increase in the customer base within three months.

Brad Yoon's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. Brad pursued a diploma in Public Relations and graduated in 2015. Following this, Brad continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations (Honours) in 2017. During their time at university, Brad focused on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.

In terms of additional certifications, Brad obtained "Managing Your Time" from LinkedIn in August 2017. Additionally, they completed "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in July 2017. Brad'smost recent certification is "Strategic Marketing: Marketing Orientation and the Marketing Planning Process" from Coventry University, which they obtained in June 2021.
