David Svante Hansen

David Svante Hansen serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Embankment since May 2022, leading a firm that offers advanced fund management and administration services powered by technology for alternative investment funds. Previously, David co-founded and held multiple executive roles at The Many, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, from November 2018 to May 2022. Other significant experience includes serving as Head of Compliance and MLRO at Banking Circle, and various legal and compliance positions at DANDERS & MORE and Kammeradvokaten/ Poul Schmith. David's career also features military experience, holding positions such as Intelligence Officer and Linguistic Officer in the Royal Danish Defence College, along with a strong educational background in law with both a Master and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Copenhagen.
