Clay Lambert

Clay Lambert is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in editorial leadership across various media organizations. Currently serving as the Peninsula Editorial Director at Embarcadero Media Foundation since January 2024, Clay previously held the roles of Editor and Publisher at Coastside News Group Inc. from May 2018 to January 2024, overseeing the Half Moon Bay Review, Pacifica Tribune newspapers, Coastside magazine, and associated digital platforms. Additionally, Clay contributed to the establishment of a B Corp. aimed at enhancing community journalism on the California coast. Earlier positions include Editorial Director at Wick Communications, Editor at Pacifica Tribune, and Editor at Half Moon Bay Review, along with roles at the Independent Newspaper Group and The Palm Beach Post. Clay holds a BA in Journalism from Colorado State University, earned between 1981 and 1986.
