Lucy Zhao has extensive experience in sales and program management, currently serving as Sales Manager at Knowledge First Financial since January 2018 and as Executive Sales Manager at Crius Financial Services Corp. since September 2015. Previously, Lucy held the position of Sales Manager at Heritage Education Funds Inc. from September 2013 to January 2018. Prior to entering sales, Lucy worked at Creation Technologies as Program Manager from June 2007 to August 2013 and held various engineering roles at Extreme CCTV from June 2002 to June 2007, including Production Engineer, Production Technician, and Quality Control Inspector. Lucy possesses a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Dalian University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, complemented by education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
