Andy Kelly currently serves as Headteacher at Parkside Community School within the Embark Federation, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Andy held the role of Trust Strategic Lead for Performance and Standards at Nova Education Trust from September 2022 to November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as System Leader for Brigantia Learning Trust, focusing on teacher development, curriculum development, pupil experience, and parental/community engagement from September 2018 to August 2022, as well as Principal of Yewlands Academy for a brief period in 2017-2018. Andy's early administrative roles included Deputy Headteacher positions at Parkwood E-ACT Academy and Yewlands Academy from 2014 to 2017. Andy's educational background consists of a PGCE in Physical Education with Qualified Teacher Status from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc (Hons) in Sport Development and Coaching, also from Sheffield Hallam University.
