Andrew Phipps

Andrew Phipps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposition management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager Propositions and Product Manager at Embark Group since January 2019, Andrew also fulfills leadership roles as Chairperson and Honorary Secretary at AMPS since October 2019. Prior to these positions, Andrew held significant roles at Suffolk Life, including Head of Proposition and Director of Operations from March 2010 to December 2018, as well as Manager of Private Funds from 2005 to 2010. Andrew began a career in finance as a Trainee Actuary at Garvins from 1998 to 2001. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, attained between 1994 and 1997.
