Emma Hughes

Emma Hughes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and administrative roles. Starting as a Claims Handler at Broker Direct Plc from February 2004 to January 2007, Emma transitioned to a Receptionist Team Leader position at Knightsbridge Business Sales, where management of reception duties and team supervision was essential. Following that, Emma contributed to ISS Facility Services UK as part of the RBS Helpdesk from May 2015 to March 2020. Currently, since March 2020, Emma holds the position of New Business Coordinator at Embark Group, focusing on new client engagement and business development. Emma completed education at Thornleigh Salesian College, earning GCSEs between 1997 and 2002.
