Lavanya Bai Somsole

Lavanya Bai Somsole is an experienced Test Analyst at Embark Group since June 2016, primarily responsible for testing the Embark Wrap platform utilizing FNZ technology. Lavanya possesses extensive knowledge in testing various financial products including SIPP, GIA, ISA, and JISA, and has proficiency in web services testing using SOAP UI. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirement documents, designing test scenarios and cases, executing tests, and managing defects through HP ALM. Prior to this, Lavanya served as a Software Engineer at CGI from September 2010 to January 2016, gaining expertise in software testing across investment banking, automotive, and retail domains, with a strong focus on business analysis and various testing methodologies. Lavanya holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bangalore College Of Engineering And Technology, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
