Niklas Börestam

Niklas Böhme is a seasoned professional in the field of mechatronics and robotics, currently serving as System Architect Mechatronics at Franka Robotics since November 2023. Previously, Niklas held multiple roles at Franka Emika, including System Architect Mechatronics, Lead Electrical Engineer, and Robotik Entwickler from September 2016 to November 2023. Prior to this, experience includes a position as Robotik Entwickler at Kbee AG and a Werkstudent role at DLR Institut for Robotics Oberpfaffenhofen. Niklas began a career in engineering as a Dualer Student Elektrotechnik at Astrium from September 2008 to September 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Robotics, Cognition, and Intelligence from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Engineering in Elektrotechnik Nachrichten-/Kommunikationstechnik from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg.
