Caroline Aronoff has been working in the software engineering field since 2011. Caroline began their career as a software engineering intern at Cotsworks in 2011 and then moved on to become an information security intern at SecureState in 2012. In 2013, Caroline became an engineering practicum intern at Google and then a software engineering intern in 2014. In 2015, Caroline began working at American Express as an Engineer 3. From 2016 to 2018, Caroline worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, focusing on how to develop causal reasoning capabilities and how they relate to understanding stories. Since 2018, Caroline has been employed at Embark Veterinary as a Software Engineer and Software Engineer 2.

Caroline Aronoff began their education in 2007 when they attended Hathaway Brown School for their highschool education. Caroline then attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Caroline returned to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2016 and completed their Master of Engineering in Computer Science in 2018.
