Bryan McMichael

Bryan McMichael, CPA, currently serves as the Transaction Services Director at Embark since August 2021, having progressed through various roles within the company. Prior to this, Bryan held the position of Advisory Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte from March 2020 to August 2021. Bryan's career in auditing began at PwC, where roles included Audit Senior Associate and Audit Associate from July 2015 to March 2020, alongside an earlier internship with the firm in early 2014. Bryan also gained experience as a Financial Analyst Intern at USAA in the summer of 2013. Academically, Bryan completed a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accounting in Accounting at The University of Texas at Austin from 2010 to 2015.
