Jessica Kline Hansen has a diverse and extensive work experience.

-Jessica Kline is currently working as the National Head of People at Embark, a role that they took on in July 2022.

-Prior to that, they were the Director of People Operations at Embark from March 2022 to July 2022.

-Before joining Embark, they served as the Director of People Operations at Fortem Technologies from April 2021 to March 2022.

-Jessica also worked at Agility Energy Inc., where they held the positions of Senior Vice President from September 2020 to April 2021 and Vice President - Environmental, Social and Governance from October 2015 to September 2020.

-Beginning their career at Pilot Logistics Services in June 2011, they worked as the Director of Pilot Logistics University. Their responsibilities included curriculum content development, implementation for new employee training, managing all aspects of the university, and overseeing the training of over 1,500 new employees.

-Lastly, they had a role as a Project Manager at Western Petroleum in 2010, where they created and managed an Employee Wellness Program, assisted the Accounts Payable Department, and managed Workers Compensation claims.

Jessica Kline earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, studying from 2019 to 2021.

Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from Utah State University, specializing in Education, from 2008 to 2010.

In their undergraduate years, from 2001 to 2006, they attended the University of Utah and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General.

In addition to their academic degrees, Jessica has obtained various certifications. Jessica Kline is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which they achieved in March 2023. Jessica Kline also holds a Teaching License-Standard from the State of Utah, obtained in March 2015, and another Teaching License-Standard from the Texas Education Agency, obtained in July 2011. Furthermore, they are a Certified Director of Safety (CDS) accredited by the North American Transportation Management Institute, which they acquired in September 2019.
