Michelle Saul

Michelle (Aragon) Saul, CPA, serves as the Director of Financial Accounting Advisory Services at Embark, where responsibilities include restructuring accounting departments and leading fund reporting teams for private equity clients. With extensive experience in real estate and private equity at Invesco US, Michelle held various titles including Acquisition Analyst, Assistant Controller, and Senior Accountant, managing financial statements for funds with over $19 billion in gross asset values. Prior experience as a Tax Senior and Tax Staff at EY contributed to a strong foundation in tax compliance and client engagement. Michelle earned both a Master of Science in Accounting, Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
