Meera Prema has a strong background in the real estate industry, with experience in various managerial and engineering roles. Meera is currently the Head of Residential Operations at Embassy Services, beginning in November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant General Manager at Embassy Services Pvt Ltd - India from February 2018 to November 2021. Before that, they were the Sr. Manager - PMO &QS at Mantri Developers Pvvt. Ltd from July 2013 to January 2018. Meera has also worked as the Deputy Manager at Sobha Developers Ltd from September 2005 to January 2013. Meera's early career includes a role as an Engineer at Kristal from June 2004 to August 2005. Their expertise lies in project management, cost analysis, and value optimization.
Meera Prema attended HOLY ANGELS CONVENT from 1988 to 1998, where they completed their Higher Secondary education. In terms of additional certifications, Meera obtained various certifications from different institutions and platforms. In 2016, they received certifications in Lean Management and Minitab from Simplilearn, as well as a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. In the same year, they also completed the Career Success Specialization through Coursera Course Certificates. Prior to that, in 2015, Meera acquired certifications in Communication in the 21st Century Workplace, Finance for Non-Financial Professionals, Project Management: The Basics for Success, and Work Smarter, Not Harder: Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity, all verified by Coursera. Moreover, in 2022, Meera obtained a certification in Nano Tips for Developing Magnetic Charisma with Shadé Zahrai from LinkedIn, and in 2023, they received a certification in Leadership Mindsets from LinkedIn as well.
