Subramonia Bala Jots is an experienced professional in operations and management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as City Lead - IFM Operations at Embassy Services since January 2023, Subramonia has held various significant roles, including Operations Lead at Smart Joules and AVP Advisory Services at VAR Energy and Infra. From 2021 to 2022, Subramonia managed operations for the Brookfield account as Key Account Manager at JLL and previously directed Advisory & Mobile Engineering Services across South India at JLL Building Operations Pvt Ltd. Other roles include Key Account Manager at JONES LANG LA SALLE and Chief Artificer in the Indian Navy. Subramonia holds an MBA in Public Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Andhra University, complemented by education at the Center of Marine Engineering Technology in Pune.
