Bob DeVries is an experienced engineering program and project manager with a strong background in research and development, particularly in the medical device industry. Currently, Bob serves as the Director of Engineering Program/Project Management at embecta, where responsibilities include developing multi-year product roadmaps, managing significant budgets, and mentoring project managers. Prior roles include leading FDA regulatory filings at embecta and contract manufacturing partner selection at BD, as well as directing cross-functional teams at Philips and Boston Scientific.
