Cal McCarthy

Cal McCarthy possesses extensive experience in quality operations and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Quality Operations at embecta since April 2022. Prior work includes roles at BD as a Senior Quality Manager, Quality Leader for Pen Needle, and Senior Quality Engineer from May 2015 to March 2022. Additional experience includes positions at HP as a Product Engineer and at Trulife as a Process Engineer. Earlier career stages involved roles at Motorola and Medtronic as a Product Engineer. Cal McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus.
