Derek Murphy

Derek Murphy is an experienced professional in production and program management, currently serving as a Production Leader in Sterilisation at embecta since March 2023. Prior roles include Production / Program Manager at Intel Corporation from April 2022 to March 2023, Site Coordinator Leader at Nikon Precision Europe GmbH, and Production Team Lead at BD. Derek has also held various supervisory and managerial positions, such as Shift Supervisor at MGS Mfg. Group and Wet Etch Supervisor at Retronix Semiconductor. Additionally, Derek contributed as a Project Manager for The Yard, a social enterprise focusing on skills development for youth. An alumnus of the National College of Ireland, Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
