Devdatt Kurdikar

Devdatt (Dev) Kurdikar currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of embecta, a leading diabetes care company, since April 2022. In addition to this role, Dev is a member of the Board of Directors for both Zimmer Biomet and AdvaMed, and has been a board member at LMG Holdings Inc. since April 2020. Previously, Dev held the position of President of Diabetes Care at BD, where Dev was pivotal in the spin-off of the Diabetes Care business, and served as President and CEO of Cardiac Science. With extensive experience in the medical technology sector, Dev has also contributed to various boards, including the Hennepin Healthcare Research Institute and Advamed Accel. Dev's academic credentials include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
