Jason Sidel is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Plant Director at embecta since March 2024, Jason previously held multiple leadership roles at BD from February 2003 to January 2024, including Plant Manager and Associate Director of Manufacturing. Jason has a strong background in optimizing plant architecture and supply chain strategies, having managed significant global sourcing initiatives. Recognized for excellence in sourcing with Silver Awards in 2011 and 2013, Jason possesses extensive expertise across operations, production management, and logistics. Prior experience includes positions at Hancor, Inc. and MEMC, as well as service as a First Lieutenant in the US Army.
