Jeff Mann

Jeff Mann currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Head of Business Development at embecta since April 2022. Prior to this role, Mann held similar positions at BD and Cantel Medical, with responsibilities spanning business development, governance, and corporate legal matters. Extensive experience at Boston Scientific included leadership in securities, governance, and business development legal functions, along with managing intellectual property strategy and litigation. Early career experience at Palmer & Dodge focused on litigation and transactional work in intellectual property. Jeff Mann earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston College Law School, graduating magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Lafayette College.
