Justin Director currently serves as Senior Director of Legal for Product Development, Securities & Governance and for Commercial, Transactions and Corporate at embecta, where responsibilities include direct reporting to the General Counsel and managing corporate governance requirements for North America. Before joining embecta in April 2022, Justin held various legal roles at BD from June 2014 to March 2022, contributing to the successful spin-off of the Diabetes Care Business Unit and providing legal support for significant product launches and transactions. Prior to BD, Justin practiced law at Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, focusing on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial offerings. Educated at Harvard Law School and the University of Pennsylvania, Justin holds a Doctor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science.
