Madeline Coluccio

Madeline Coluccio is an Associate Director of IT Process & Program Management at embecta, with a rich background in IT leadership encompassing roles at BD where significant accomplishments include managing multi-million dollar programs, overseeing large-scale technology transitions, and leading IT infrastructure projects post-acquisitions. With experience in developing strategies for IT Service Management and successfully implementing key technological upgrades, Madeline's earlier positions include Senior Manager and Senior Project Leader, where successful initiatives included the global rollout of Microsoft Teams and integration of complex IT environments. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Web Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has undergone extensive training through an IT Leadership Program at BD.
