Michael Davis

Michael Davis serves as the Head of Global Shared Services at embecta since April 2022 and is also an Adjunct Professor of Management in the MBA program at Utah State University since September 2017. Prior experience includes directing Global Services at BD, where strategic guidance was provided for the Americas Finance Shared Services Center, and serving as Director of Shared Services at Grainger, leading a large team in Panama. Michael has held key roles at KPMG LLP and KPMG Chile, specializing in risk and compliance, and helped establish the Risk Advisory practice in Chile. Earlier in Michael's career, auditing responsibilities included risk-based assessments for NOL Group. Academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
