Shaun Curtis

Shaun Curtis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at embecta since April 2022, Shaun oversees manufacturing, procurement, ESG, and supply chain operations during a significant corporate spin-off. Prior tenure at BD included roles as Vice President of Worldwide Operations, where Shaun led operations for the Diabetes Care division, generating $1.1 billion in revenue, and as Plant Manager with a focus on medical device production. Earlier career highlights include engineering management roles at Cooper Standard and Pall Life Sciences, as well as foundational experience at Rio Tinto. Shaun holds an MBA from the University of Northampton and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
