Rachael Harbes

Rachael Harbes is an experienced GIS Developer currently employed at Embedded Alliance since October 2016. Prior to this role, Rachael worked as a Systems Integrator at SAIC from 2003 to 2007 and as a GIS Specialist at Object Sciences Corporation from 2003 to 2005.
