embedded Performance Group exists to strengthen how organisations create and sustain performance.

We focus on the capability organisations need to deliver their strategic objectives, particularly how people do their work within the organisation. Our work centres on the performance system: how work is designed, how leaders lead, how expectations are set, and how capability is built and reinforced day to day. We help organisations move away from reliance on individual effort, workarounds, and short-term fixes, toward performance that is consistent, scalable, and sustainable.

Many organisations know our work through embedded HR, which remains a core stream within the group. Our HR, safety, and learning services apply the same systems thinking through practical delivery, embedding clarity, capability, and safer ways of working into how organisations actually operate.

We partner with leaders to diagnose what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to change across people, processes, and systems. From strategy and operating rhythm through to role clarity, leadership alignment, and performance frameworks, our work is grounded in improving how work gets done.
