Ivo Gajdica is an experienced IT Security leader currently overseeing a team of over 15 security professionals at EmbedIT since January 2023, with indirect leadership of an additional 40 professionals in South and South East Asia. Ivo specializes in information, IT, and cyber security management, governance framework design, compliance assessments and audits, process optimization, people management, and project and risk management. Prior to EmbedIT, Ivo served as an IT Security leader at Home Credit International, a Vulnerability Manager at Novartis, and held various roles at ČEZ and Deloitte, where responsibilities included cybersecurity governance, risk assessments, and security audits. Ivo's educational background includes a Master’s in Economics and Management from Czech Technical University in Prague and a Bachelor's in Technology and Management from the same institution.
