Hariharasudhan P has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Hariharasudhan started their career in 2018 as an Associate at Sutherland Global Services in Chennai, where they worked until 2019. In 2020, they worked as an HR Talentivist (Talent Activist) at badgefree - Democratized Talent Exchange for two months. Later that year, they joined L&T Financial Services as a Recruiter for a period of three months. Currently, Hariharasudhan is working as a Human Resources Executive at embedUR systems since August 2021.

Hariharasudhan P began their education by attending Veltech Polytechnic College from 2012 to 2015. Hariharasudhan obtained a DECE degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering during this time.
