Aline Augusto

Aline Augusto holds the position of Diretor de Marketing at Instituto Embelleze Oficial since August 2024, where responsibilities include leading marketing strategies, forming partnerships with related brands, and spearheading innovation projects. With extensive experience at Embelleze since May 2014, Aline's roles have evolved from Head of Media, E-commerce, and Marketplace to Manager of Media and Marketplace, demonstrating skills in campaign management, competitive monitoring, and operational cost reduction. Previous experience includes significant media management roles at Estima Comunicação Emocional Ltda, focusing on offline media planning, budgeting, and event actions, as well as administrative and financial roles at Embelleze and Instituto Embelleze. Aline is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing from Escola Conquer and holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV.
