Phil MacDonald

Phil MacDonald is currently the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Ember, where Phil oversees the organization's impact on electricity policy internationally. Prior to this, Phil held various roles at The Climate Subak and Sandbag Climate Campaign, focusing on industrial decarbonisation. Phil has also served as a board member at Campaign Together and worked as a canvasser for Obama for America. With a background in biology and ecology, Phil has gained experience in marketing, campaign management, and education.
