Prior to their current roles, Michael served as the Vice President of Legal & Regulatory Affairs/Corporate Secretary at San Joaquin Valley College. Michael has extensive experience as an attorney, partner at Borton Petrini, LLP, and has taught business law at various universities. Michael holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, and a degree in Economics & Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
