Mario L. has worked in the tech industry since 2012. In 2012, they worked as an IT Services for Disaragon S.L. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Aalto University School of Science and Technology as a Research Assistant and Master's Thesis worker as Researcher assistant. In 2014, they began working at GumGum where they held the roles of Engineer Manager, Lead Ad Server engineer, Big Data, Software Engineer, and Engineering Internship. In 2018, they became a Co-Founder at Ember Fund, a cryptocurrency hedge fund for everyone.

Mario L. began their educational career in 2007 when they attended the Universidad de Zaragoza, where they earned an Ingeniería Superior Informática in Computer Science in 2012. Afterward, they attended Aalto-yliopisto from 2012 to 2013, though they did not receive a degree.
