Thiago B. DeSouza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Managing Partner at DaVinci Development since October 2023, Thiago also holds partnership positions at Urban Cargo LLC and Ember Gardens while having previously been a Managing Partner at Urban Logistics Inc. and the Director of Product, Automation at Continuum Managed Services. Thiago's career began as Operations Consultant at One Alliance Insurance Corporation and as Co-Founder & GM at OTC Contracting Corp. Educationally, Thiago holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration from Suffolk University, specializing in Information Systems & Operations Management and Finance, and is currently pursuing a Credential of Readiness (CORe) at Harvard University.
