Tiffany Franke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational strategy, sustainability, and social impact. As Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Ember Health since August 2018, Tiffany leads the curation of patient care journeys in ketamine therapy for depression. Prior to this role, Tiffany was a Principal at Incandescent, contributing to strategic initiatives for major organizations such as Pfizer and Boston Children's Hospital. Tiffany also founded Convetit, focusing on partnership ecosystems for problem solvers, and served as an independent consultant for social enterprises, co-developing a MOOC with MIT. Early career experience includes projects with Booz & Company and Trade Roots Productions, alongside involvement as a Field Organizer for Obama's 2008 campaign. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Master's in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
