Salla Kalaja

Salla Kalaja is an experienced professional in quality management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Quality and Development at Emberion since May 2019. In this role, Salla is responsible for business target setting, performance indicator setup, and the overall management of certified quality management systems, while also focusing on organizational development and fostering an inclusive culture. Prior to Emberion, Salla spent nearly 17 years at Nokia in various managerial roles, including Senior Manager of Quality, where Salla developed quality management frameworks and facilitated product development processes. Salla holds a Master of Science degree from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
