With a Bachelor of Science in Information Assurance and Cyber Defense from Northern Michigan University, Gavin has showcased their expertise in troubleshooting, system support, and field inspection technician roles. Gavin's ability to lead technical projects, provide deskside support, and manage software applications has made him a valuable asset in the technology field.
