Kshitij Sharma

Kshitij Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kshitij is currently serving as a Co-Founder and Intern at Embifi, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MapOut as the CTO & Product Owner from August 2021 to June 2022. In this role, Kshitij was responsible for all technical aspects and product development for a professional mentoring network and hyperlocal talent discovery platform.

Before joining MapOut, Kshitij worked at Ericsson for over a decade, holding various roles. From April 2020 to August 2021, they served as a Product Owner, focusing on translating the company strategy into a product vision and maintaining the total cost of ownership. From April 2014 to March 2020, they worked as a Senior Solution Integrator, responsible for developing real-time inventory systems and managing geographically distributed teams. And from November 2010 to March 2014, they served as a Solution Integrator, working on integrating OSS platforms, implementing software solutions, and developing automations.

Earlier in their career, Kshitij worked at Infosys as a Software Engineer from February 2009 to October 2010. In this role, they were involved in design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of applications.

Kshitij's earliest work experience was at NIIT Foundation, where they served as a Student Mentor from August 2008 to January 2009.
